The shipment states that they needed a stepdeck with ramps and that is how I quoted it. I have sent 4 different trucks with various lengths ramps and no one can load them on top of the units not starting. I gave customer a landoll rate which will be required for pick and deliver as the posting is wrong because there is no ramps at either end but customer was not willing to go up on the rate so I am unable to get them moved.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I've been booked with them for a long time, and they cannot move my bus.
