The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Unfortunately the car that I "bought" does not seem to exist now and there is no need to ship it. It was probably because the original shipper that I lined up took almost 3 weeks looking for a truck and never found one. Montway found a truck in less than 10 days, but something happened with the seller over the course of that month.

Tony was great to deal with. Worked with me and I do not think the shipment could have went much better. I normally ship using large companies but this confirms that the smaller guys are the way to go. Thanks a million.

Pros: Dave was never hard to reached. Answered even late on weekends. The motorcycle motor was in great shape when I received it. The drop off and delivery were also very smooth. Cons: Dave seemed to have a lot on his plate, so he got my shipment confused with others several times in the planning stage. If I would not have called and stayed on top of it, I do not think it would have went as smooth as it did. Summary: If you have time to stay on top of the shipment, go with Dave!!!

This is a rarety, but there was some confusion before the shipment was booked. I had another customer with the same name (what are the odds?) But once the shipment is booked our system is flawless and gets your freight to the destination without a hitch.
