After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The shipper is not flexable for pick up at all.Total dissapointment with this.

The pick date is managed by my building manager and therefore not flexible. This is a full service building and arrangements need to be made. I was flexible on the delivery date since that location has no doorman and resident manager, etc.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Moving company could not commit to the pick up date.

The customer changed the dates after accepting the bid.Totally unreliable.
