This guy was nice to our face but lied about 4 flights of stairs, didn't know English so his communication was very bad... He made us wait 3 days for delivery... I would never do business with this guy ever again!!!! This guy tried to tell us how to do our job, he knew nothing about pianos!!! I gave him a great deal and huge discount on moving the piano and he couldn't even say thank you!!! Stay away from this guy, very bad for business!!!

The mover was flexible in delivery time, which is positive.
However, the mover did not have good experience with piano. To our surprise, the piano was not covered/protected when it was moving out from our 3rd floor apartment and it was scratched with a needle-shaped mark. And also, the mover did not ask any questions about stairs when bidding, but asked for more money during the delivery since he was not prepared for stairs.

The piano was covered!!!! This guy lied about stairs, he was mad that I charged him more for 4 flights of stairs.... The guy barely spoke English, so it was hard to communicate with him... There is a place on uship to list if you have stairs or not... Guess the guy couldn't read English either... We do an amazing job on pianos!! That is why we are rated #1 .... Thanks and sorry you feel this way.. You gave me a bad review because I charged you more, your fault that you didn't list stairs...
