My shipment was delivered on time. The shipment was handled with care and was carefully wrapped up in blankets. Ed was very pleasant and friendly and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to ship stuff. Very reasonable price too.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider first agreed to pick up and deliver item on Wednesday 7/11/12 but called to say he could not deliver. We then mutually agreed that he will pick up and deliver on Friday 7/13/12. However, after repeated attempts to contact The Service Provider all day on Friday by email and by phone, he did not respond. Therefore, I am canceling the contract.

Very good experience! Tom was very helpful and flexible. He came earlier than the stipulated time and accommodated even last minute additions to my shipment. A very friendly and hard working shipper. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks Tom!
