Clayton was absolutely terrific. He is professional and extremely responsive, and takes pride in the quality of his work. He called every day to give me a status update, which provided great piece of mind. (I had never shipped a boat cross country before.) I cannot recommend him highly enough.

All in all, this was a positive experience: Montway was professional and very responsive. The car arrived a few days late because Montway had a difficult time booking a carrier, but as soon as I complained and gave a hard-fast deadline, they booked a carrier to get it to me on time and, I believe, received a smaller margin in order to fulfill their commitment. The only other complaint is that my EZ Pass went missing during the crosscountry trip; it was stolen from the glove compartment.
