Frank at Creative Auto Trim did a great job at delivering our shipping for us, on time!!! Would not hesitate and would (perfer) in using this company for transport again. Thanks again Frank for always keeping us informed, answering and returning our phone calls about our load.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried contacting trucking company several times by phone# and email add. provided, leaving messages, sending emails, and no response. My load is 19 days past booking. The bid states load would be pickup 7days from booking and then delivered within 7 days. Please approve this cancellation and refund my deposit. Hopefully I can re-bid, book, and have my load delivered. Thanks, Jim
