A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have tried REPEATEDLY to satisfied this customer. We in the process of creating the darn Bill of Lading as I type this message. It's ONLY 9:00 in the morning. If he wants to cancel, please do so.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period NEVER ANSWERED MY PHONE CALLS THEY
NEVER CONTACTED ME THEN AFTER 3 DAYS CALLED AND SAID THEY DIDNT
UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SHIPPING AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER DID.
FINALLY I LEFT AND ANGRY MESSEGE AND THEY TEXT ME SAYING IT WAS USHIPS
FAULT AND THAT USHIP TOLD THEM NOT TO TALK TO ME WHICH IM SURE IS
COMPLETE BS. VERY POOR COMPANY POOR COMMUNICATION JUST BAD ALL AROUND
IVE PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH USHIP AND IM WAITING FOR USHIP TO GET TO
BOTTOM OF IT ALL AND SUSPEND THIS CARRIER Response from MrPresidentCEO: Wow. Nothing but untrue statements. This customer WAS in constant contact with ME and my office. And the statement that we said Uship said not to talk to the client is untrue. I usually don't waste my time on customer who provide an fairy tale story of the events that happened, but this is an extreme our right LIE. We wish this customer the best in their future shipments.
