I got quotes for door to door. "Our Door to Door service include customs clearance, terminal fees, and local delivery costs". My bag got detained at customs, 1500km from its destination! I had to travel there, pay all the extra handling fees, overall costing an extra £475.
Atif had not researched the shipment he promised to deliver.
The only apology "Please accept my apologies, different countries have different custom rules. It seems not good you are travelling all the way to Buenos Aries"

Thats correct. Door to Door mean include custom clearance. Your bags were held by Customs, you refused to pay duty/taxes. Airline charged you storage.
Leaving negative feedback does not mean you can avoid duty/taxes. Best of luck
