The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This is a car hauler- it is a lot longer than a standard Chevy 3500 as it is listed. We will have to pass. Sorry.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I apologize for the badly delayed response, I've been out of the country attending a family members funeral. It was totally unexpected. Im not able to accommodate this shipment any time soon. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Customer agreed to extra charge of only $100 then never paid. Extra charge was only for fuel because I had to go back to the yard empty and completely reschedule. Tractor was significantly wider and longer than the uship posting said so it wouldn't fit on the trailer. Uship got involved in the agreement for $100 but then left me hanging for the $100. They are a neutral party according to their last email to me. And all the time the customer was complaining about getting it delivered asap. $100??

Yeah but after a month and half delivery you need to pay for some fee the tractor was exported and paid so many fees because you hide the tractor for more than a month and them appear asking for money... just in your mind sir but about condition and delivery for me its a possitive feedback bye

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I hired this company more than 2 weeks ago and they gave me just excuzes now they said my cc doesnt work and personally i dont want to pay for trasnportation outside uship sistem no private payments this company hired another company so im not good with that bad service rgrds

Mr Giuliano was called upon arrival to pick up his forklift. The company took us to the back and attempted to load it with their industrial forklift and was unable to do it with their forklift.Mr Giuliano was called and told about the situation.Mr Giuliano was told that he would need a crane to pick it up and put it on the trailer. He told me to take care of it. And he would pay me at the End of the shipment. .
