the vehicle was listed as running however in the notes he put it was not running as it needed a battery jump, also the roof is crushed so no way to get it and run it

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Included with the listing of this vehicle was a picture showing that the vehicle was damaged. A statement was also included with the picture stating that the vehicle ran but needed assistance to start due to a dead battery. Shipper said he had not read the full details of the listing. There was absolutely no misrepresentation of the vehicle it was all in the form of a picture and a black and white statement. In his own words, he did not read the full description.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I entered into a contract with the shipper. I expect that the contract be filled. The Shipper claims that they are rated as the #10 carrier for uShip and that they represent 5000 trucking companies. They have not answered my emails, or my phone calls. They claim to be open 24/7. Are they a little dirt shack in Nigeria ripping people of for the deposit. What does uShip know about the cmpany? Sadly I did not go with the lowest bidder. Out of 6 bids I went with #2. Thanks your for any assistance.
