The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it upon arrival at pickup and looked at the piano to be shipped almost 1200 miles and rereading original listing, I assessed this oversized upright player grand had been totally listed grossly under. after discussing with family member about issue the gentleman claimed ignorance and become unreasonable. I try to work hard and offer a reasonable price but I still must cover costs. original lister of this listing then would not return any
calls. this shipment if listed property would defenitly be

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Exact weight and dimensions of piano were disclosed in listing. There is no such thing as an "upright player grand" piano - piano is an upright player and was listed as such. A woman (not Brent Stembridge) tried to negotiate addtional funds for move with my cousin, who was giving the piano to me. He was not a party to the contract. I am the party at the destination and I arranged for the move and negotiated for services. No attempt at contacting me was made. Refund of $107.34 is requested.
