I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The mover was supposed to arrive today at pick up site and has not returned any phone calls. From feedback comments, it looks like he is in Puerto Rico but has not given any indication of a problem or conflict or cancellation. Please return deposit ASAP.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This company didn't notice me in advance that they can't come to complete my movement. I had called him one day in advance, he didn't told me he can't come on the agreed date and time. Even doesn't reply my call that day, and finally told me his mum was dead just in the morning, and can't come. So unreasonable!

Felix did a great job. He arrived on time with a large moving van and got the job done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend using him again. He's a great guy.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Mover represents himself as full service, which is to pack and move, however, in conversation with mover, he stated that he does not pack. When pointed out to him that his quote was for full service, he abruptly stated that he is cancelling the offer. As of yet he has not cancelled, so I am cancelling.

Felix was fast, careful, professional, and did not charge more than the estimated amount. My only recommendation would be to get clarification ahead of time about the number of movers to be provided. The bid listed two movers at two hours, but we got only one mover (who took only two hours). So, since he did a good job at the bid price, we have no complaint. But clarifying the details of the bid is a good idea.
