After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
The customer/shipper, Mr. Robert Rees has requested a match cancellation on this shipment not because "There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved" but principally because he admitted when contacted by phone, that he did not read all of the bid's terms of service & conditions prior to accepting and, he had therefore failed to note the clearly worded statement: "Payment for freight charges must be made in advance online by credit card or e-check. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
It was originally agreed the the driver would pickup items on Saturday or Sunday. The pickup location was closed on Saturday and Sundays. Unable to reschedule pickup to any other day. Mutual agreement between transporter and shipper to cancel the match.
