Hi, we're a mom & pop family business 4 miles west of Madison, WI. I love buying junk and breathing a new life into it for the next bloke to enjoy without going broke. We are totally flexible on receiving our shipments, but very concerned to get them picked up from where they are sitting before they get stripped for parts or stolen. We know that you guys are doing us the favor and we will sure work with you to make it as easiy as it can be to help you get here, drop off and get paid and on your way to more profitable ventures.

After I picked up the boat he thought that I was going to steel it or something! I found that odd, as I am a business owner that ships often. He claimed that I didn't even let him know that I was going to pick up, but I did bid with flexible dates. I asked if the boat had tags and was told yes. That was incorrect. I provided tags and charged the customer. He was unhappy. Response from 2ndwindboatworks: Feeling was mutual, she picked up our boat and then disappeared with no communication. Later called and told us she took our boat home with her in MI, instead of bringing it direct as was promised. Then attempted to renegotiate price, demanded tags on a rig that WI will not title or plate, incredibly nasty attitude on steriods like we've never ever encountered previously, she might have had a good heart, but we've never felt more like a victim for having attempted to have been flexible, so sad

Still left negative feedback. Has hurt my income. Asked him to reconsider negative feedback and he has not responded. I won't leave negative feedback as I will not stoop to his level. Everyone deserves a second chance to explain. Very unforgiving customer.. things happen... oh, careful if he asks you to just deal with him in the future without uship.. Response from 2ndwindboatworks: I left honest feedback because of the zero effort at communication. Things happen, I know, but when a bid is accepted, good faith requires communication, not just a dead end answering machine without any callbacks!

Rating: Cancellation Left for: pschoff42 (17 ) On: 9/1/2007 For: Acura : Integra	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After accepting this bid, I contacted the seller of the car who told me that they will be closed all weekend due to the holiday and we could not get the car until after they reopen next week on Tuesday - transporter told me that that will kill their schedule for other commitments, so I have no right to continue to expect them to haul my vehicle when it would require them to wait 72 hours just to be able to get possession of it, so sorry.
Rating: Negative Left for: Jrecords50 (111 ) On: 4/30/2007 For: 180 Gallon Aquarium, Stand & A	Even though I posted the complete e-bay listing exactly as to what I knew, I guessed the weight wrong on the tank, being short 50 lbs., the upshot was that part of the purchase had to be left behind and we were charged additional funds after the bid had been accepted in order to get this shipment completed - also the DOT number provided to our inquiry came back as some other shipper. I believe these guys mean well, but when there is a slight problem, it will always remain the shippers fault,sad Response from Jrecords50: As in accordance with uship pollicies this shipper violated the rules not only once but twice. One being, listing a shipment with a total weight of 275 and then upon arrival the shipmen, t weighs as much as 400lbs he violated the agreement. I called him in good faith only to reach his wife, in which she agreed to the chaarge increase because of the change in uship agreement of the inaccuracy of what I had agreed to pick up. Probably really fine people, but damn, we waited 3 weeks after they accepted our shipment only to have heard story after story about breakdowns, etc., such that we finally had to drive the 2,200 mile RT to prevent incurring major expense for further delays. Don't know if we got dropped for more $ elsewhere or if they just have junk trucks, but was really frustrating and very much not worth hassle to have attempted to have worked with them. Now even or back up truck has just went down after having it repaired on Monday and now has left us stranted, to the point we will probuly have to take a bus home. We are in such a bad situation we have had to recant all of our bids. Ford is refuseing to do anying on our New F350 2006. We will probuly have to sue ford. This man took on a bad auction purchase boat trailer that turned out to not have any lights, bad tire, etc., that no body else would have bothered with. He exceeded every possible expectation, picked up what should have been left behind, acquired and wired lights, droppped it exactly on time and only asked to be paid for the parts utilized.
