Maybe one of the worst shipping experiences that I have ever had. After I picked up the boat he thought that I was going to steel it or something! I found that odd, as I am a business owner that ships often. He claimed that I didn't even let him know that I was going to pick up, but I did bid with flexible dates. I asked if the boat had tags and was told yes. That was incorrect. I provided tags and charged the customer. He was unhappy.

Response from 2ndwindboatworks: Feeling was mutual, she picked up our boat and then disappeared with no communication. Later called and told us she took our boat home with her in MI, instead of bringing it direct as was promised. Then attempted to renegotiate price, demanded tags on a rig that WI will not title or plate, incredibly nasty attitude on steriods like we've never ever encountered previously, she might have had a good heart, but we've never felt more like a victim for having attempted to have been flexible, so sad

shipment not completed as I had equipment failure. even offered to show him receipts. Still left negative feedback. Has hurt my income. Asked him to reconsider negative feedback and he has not responded. I won't leave negative feedback as I will not stoop to his level. Everyone deserves a second chance to explain. Very unforgiving customer.. things happen... oh, careful if he asks you to just deal with him in the future without uship..

Response from 2ndwindboatworks: I left honest feedback because of the zero effort at communication. Things happen, I know, but when a bid is accepted, good faith requires communication, not just a dead end answering machine without any callbacks!
