My experience with Two Men and a Truck was positive. All of my things where brought to me in good condition and on time. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. If I had to move things again I will definetly be using Two Men and a Truck.

Had problems with final payment via shippers paypal account. Shipper accepted COD on delivery. Communication was not as promised. No 6 hour advance call on pick up or delivery. Item arrived safely.

It's really difficult to ship a boat on a damaged trailer. Buyer says he arranged with seller to prep boat before transport and upon arrival boat trailer had lights that did not work and eventually the cupling on trailer broke. We payed out of pocket for traffic ticket due to non working trailer lights and eventually had to leave boat at marina due to cupling failure. Buyer got extremely good shipping rate to begin with and now leaves negative feedback due to something out of our control.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Pick-up was not made on agreed upon dates despite me paying through PayPal for the entire shipment (my dumb move!). After no pick-up was performed, no communication was received about any rectification. At this time, TSP says he would pick up 6 days after agreed upon date, transfer goods to another truck and deliver, however, I do not feel comfortable risking further delays or any potential damage due to the loading/unloading/reloading plan.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
This mover was unwilling to pick a day that the shipment could be picked up and/or delivered, although he was told twice what the required days were before accepting the bid.

This person is extremely un appreciative of servies we can offer. She attempted to add more belongings to the original agreement, and then she wants an exact time to pick up her items. We gave her a window along with a service call of 6 hours prior but that still was not enough and then she leaves us poor feedback after hanging up on the phone with one of our team players...
Some people abuse good help when offered...Thanks ...shipper beware..
