I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I called the provider several times and left multiple messages, without ever hearing back from them. Their message never indicated even who it was — it was a generic message. I felt very uncomfortable about this.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
I was not comfortable the shipper was able to meet my very stringent time constraints. My goods were being picked up 3weeks prior to the delivery -- a location 700 miles from my house. The contract did not provide any level of protection and while the shipper did agree to have me "handwrite" in my changes I just could not make myself comfortable with prepaying for shipment with no legal recourse.

Response from 2menandatruck: handwrite, so that we can revise contract. To difficult to work with and just a hard to work with customer. To many time restraints and more work and storage mean for the job rate.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
We had a terrible experience with this shipper. He lied several times about when he would meet us and did not follow his contract. After agreeing to meet us at the storage unit before we accepted the bid, he changed his mind and no-showed us. This cost us an expensive trip to another meeting location where he no-showed us again! He then said he would pick up the keys and payment from my mother on his way to the storage unit but canceled last minute. We were already on an airplane to our new

Response from 2menandatruck: This person thought fuel was "Free" the key to his storage was one hundred and twenty miles from storage so calculating fuel vs mileage this job rate would have been a wash. As explained and just upset that they did not want to pay a little more for labor. Shippers are not free, if you feel we may be fibbing, calculate the cost on your wallet.

This company did a great job in making my move very simple and stress-free. Although there were time issues with the pick up, Alex was on top of calling and keeping me informed of arrival. I highly recommend them for any move. I will use them again.
