We are new to USHIP and hope are services are appreciated where we can build rapid rapport and become a national chain. Our operations is family owned and operated in the local moving supply market. We have 2 2008 Hino trucks that are on a lease that have built in lift gates and ramps. We can carry anything from boats to cars and anything not to exceed 26000 lbs. We have full insurance and operate completely professional and will refuse any sort of service we feel may threaten our reputation. Driver contact is always available. We will strive to meet your hauling need and we will try to beet competitors rates. This may be challenging but we feel with a secure and safe transit and great service that this will out weigh our competitors. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Two things happen with this shipment. First, the person where this Service Provider was picking up my goods was apparently never available at pick-up time, nor did he make any attempts to keep in good communication with the Service Provider. Second, and the main reason why I am cancelling, is because the Service Provider didn't have good communication with me either. Apart from the problems with the third party, there was a lack of communication with the most important party, me.

I cannot give 2Men And A Truck anything but miserable feedback of which no one should do business with this company and Mr ALexander Cruz. I did my best to resolve but to no avail. They did not live up to their end even when I gave them an itemized list of my belongings. The son, Alex, Jr has to check off with his father on every move and would not even work with me when I was in Atlanta and he was at our home in NM. He offered a refund but after 2 months he is not responding.

Run from this company!! Alex de la cruz is using two aliases on this site. twomenandatruck and Skylex freight. He has pretty much stolen my table after trying to extort money and commit fraud. I'm faced with now having to take criminal actions. I'm pretty shocked Uship would represent con artists like this. Feel free to contact me if you want to pool resources in stopping this guy.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service Provider could not show up for the designated date and time. I tried to accommodate by allowing him to push the date back, but he again called to say he had to push it back again. I told him at that point after seeing if I could again accommodate him that it wasn't going to work out. He agreed and stated I would receive a full refund.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Shipper is too small a business to be dependable.We scheduled our move with them months prior to the move. however, one of their drivers quit the week we were to move. Alex told me the day before moving day that although it would be tight he would still be able to move our stuff, however he showed up the next day with a full truck and said he could not move our stuff. Since one of the drivers quit and we were cancelled on at the last minute,this company should be called "One Man and a Truck."

Vendor cancelled, left me hanging high and dry. Quadrupled my cost, recked my health and generally pissed me off. What a stupid pretense of a service you have. I want my money back, ASAP. I have already contacted an attorney and promise that I will do everything within my power to shut you down if possible, if not make certain that others know your service is a rip off.

Alex was great! Everything made it and in great condition. A few things went wrong on his end, but he kept to his schedule and stayed in touch along the way. Would use Alex again in the future and will recommend his service to others. Thanks Alex!

My recliner was delivered successfully. When picked up, it was wrapped in shipping blankets and strapped down securely. Actual delivery took a few days longer than anticipated because of unforeseen problems during the cross country drive. But I was not on a strict schedule so delivery time was flexible. The chair was delivered right into my parent's den. I would not hesitate to use this shipper again if the need arise.

Alex was good to work with. The shipment took longer to get here than I wanted (almost a month)but overall the experience was good. Alex did keep us posted every step of the way. Everything was delivered last night. Nothing was damaged that we can tell.

Left messages on his voice mail over time, without any response. At the end, changed his cell phone number, didn't tell me about it, and only called me once, after he had supposedely tried twice to pick up items without luck. Really bad communicator with me. Also call office phone, and talk to wife once. Then after, when I continued calling, no one ever picked up, left messages, and no return calls.

Upon arrival at pickup location, shipment amount far exceded what our vehicle was capable of moving. Called customer with extra cost of pickup due to amount of inventory and labor fees, customer agreed to cost upon delivery of one shipment. Upon arrival at dropoff customer refused to pay extra cost because we could not accomodate their second needed shipment of inventory. Customer involved local authorities in this matter
