After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Pick-up was not made on agreed upon dates despite me paying through PayPal for the entire shipment (my dumb move!). After no pick-up was performed, no communication was received about any rectification. At this time, TSP says he would pick up 6 days after agreed upon date, transfer goods to another truck and deliver, however, I do not feel comfortable risking further delays or any potential damage due to the loading/unloading/reloading plan.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
This mover was unwilling to pick a day that the shipment could be picked up and/or delivered, although he was told twice what the required days were before accepting the bid.

This person is extremely un appreciative of servies we can offer. She attempted to add more belongings to the original agreement, and then she wants an exact time to pick up her items. We gave her a window along with a service call of 6 hours prior but that still was not enough and then she leaves us poor feedback after hanging up on the phone with one of our team players...
Some people abuse good help when offered...Thanks Jacquline...shipper beware..

Everything worked out in the end.
My stuff arrived unharmed and in good shape.
Mover maintained good communication throughout.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the military base that has the pile driver ... and will load, said they will load on a flat deck trailer ... not in a van as they dont want to damage the van or machine ...
this shipper has a dry van ... we need another shipper with a trailer ...
a shipper with a trailer bid 730 a couple days ago .. we would like to be matched with them if possible ...

I spoke to jack on the phone who is the customer, he informed me when I was in the area for pick up that he did not have the money to pay me and that he was in financial difficulties with his business and pesonal life...Shipper beware this client can waste valuable time and money,......do not trust

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The scheduled pick up date of Saturday April 26 was missed. No advance notice was given. I called on Saturday to see where he was and thats when I was informed that he couldnt be there until the next Thursday.
The package couldnt not wait any longer so I choose another shipper.

So I was late by a day and Charles informs me that everything is ok and he is flexible. I go in his area to pick his items up and he informs me on the phone that he went with another shipper and writes and disputes all charges knowing that he agreed to flexibility on dates. ....Shipper beware customer is just to difficult to work with and will leave negative feedback anyways,,,possibly has memory loss.
