Lonely T Ranch has not only been running dairy cattle for 4 generations now, but has expanded into Angus & cow horses within the latest generation, along with "Another Chance" program for rescued horses. Lonely T Ranch Trucking is consisted of a brother & sister team. Megan, hauls the horses & other livestock of any sort in her 2001 featherlite steel 4 slant horse trailer that has a fresh bedding pack at all times for comfort. Austin, hauls anything from little to big with his gooseneck flatbed. This brother & sister team drives on dependability & straight through hauls, no matter what the distance, so we can get back to our home ranch where the real work is needed. The people were very nice and the load made it to my place.But there was NO communication.I had to call them and find out they didn't contact me by email, call or text to setup the haul for 2 weeks because their truck broke down.I was already lining up a different hauler.They didn't give me their phone numbers to give directions for delivery. And as a result,I didn't know when they were arriving and they got lost and couldn't find my place.All could have been better with a little communication.

Hi, we did finally get in touch and got the job done within a few days of getting in contact. We are sorry that there was no communication, not to say customers aren't important but when trucks break, fixing them and running the family dairy come before a telephone everyday of the week in order to get things back on track again. As I said, we are sorry, but in the end we do get the job done. They were very good people to work with and it was a pleasant experience on the phone and in person.

We had got the fork lifts back to WI and was headed for MN the next day when we blew a motor& it all stayed down hill from there for about 10 days with headaches and equipment problems. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Uship has its pros and cons. But either David has never ran a business or thinks most people are liars. He is correct that we were broke down& mind you when your 20 yrs old just starting a business with your sister, you will most likely have difficulty thrown your way to see if you can pull through it, our difficulty was 2 motors through one truck. Shit happens, especially when you run the piss out of your vehicles. Sorry we could not complete this shipment&screw you too:)

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I would like to cancel due to scheduling problems with provider. Provider stated could not make scheduled date at time of bid acceptance due to mechanical problems. States engine blew up on the Wednsday that he supposed to deliver, then he put new engine in his truck within a day, how amazing, the next day he statesalternator caught on fire. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period They told me two ago ago that they were having pickup problems, I told the I would wait. They should have let me known then that they were not going to follow through. Contacted 2Megan said they were having pickup problems said I woiuld wait, when I tried to contact them 2 weeks later no response, if they were not going to follow through they should have let me know.

i had talked to the customer and let him know about the truck problems and he said he would wait and that we should nock the price down since he has to wait, i said then we should cancel and find another shipper soon that can satisfy your time, he seemed very rude and ignorant on the phone and i then refused to do any business with him
