The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Hauler (Sheri)has claimed a truck problem and contacted a shipper out of WA to handle the shipment. The WA shipper had failed to show up and we found out that it was due to funds from Sheri not be rcvd as promised. WA shipper has picked up horses as of 8/23 even though they have not rcvd payment from Sheri and expect full payment prior to delevery in KY on evening of 8/26. I have called Sheri as has WA shipper numerous times without call back. Matt Howland

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hiya!
So a couple of things happened - when I clicked the book button your site gave me an error - and was unhappy so I thought it didn't work as it didn't confirm or anything so I went another way. Now it seems like even though it all crashed and seemed like it didn't work and I couldn't get it to work (I have a screen shot of one of the errors if you want) - Anyhow - yeah I need to cancel this since it's put me in an awkward position and I can't afford to pay extra - on top of extra because

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Orig sched 12/18,12-10 I left 4 new home/get cal from 2L can do 12/11 or I will have 2 wait til after Christ I say Im nt home BUT I WILL HAV SOME 1 THERE. In my haste 2 prep pasture I 4got 2 cal, cal mornin 2 say help is waitin 4 her 2L says I didnt cal so she is gone, I hav 2 wait til 12/20 now! She couldn't call me to confirm??? Used UShip 2Xs-NO PROBLEMS! 4 changes in 7 days, yes I am upset. Read feedback, she has done this before,she canceled when I said I was contacting Uship about changes. Response from 2LTransport: Booking date was for Dec 20. (BEFORE CHRISTMAS, NOT after as this lady stated below) so her story and statement doesn't add up. We had a break in runs and said we could all this past sat. But didn't hear back from her that night and so we thought she couldn't do it then. So we had to leave to keep on time with other clients. Our feedback is a positive. Yes we have cancellation but They are totally different then this situation. .
