I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have been trying to contact 2collies for over a week to finalise the date of the transport. I have sent texts, called and emailed and not yet received any response. I have even found that when I call and it rings out if I try back 5 minutes later the phone has been turned off. Initially the provider was very easy to contact and also very helpful. It is disappointing to have come to this as we thought by the contact from 2collies initially that they would provide a good service and seemed like

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have sent several e-mail messages, telephoned and left a text message but the carrier has not responded to any of my attempts to make contact to arrange collection/delivery. I have no other option other than to find another carrier.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Courier (2collies) cannot be contacted, despite trying email, text, call and contacting through uship. After reading the feedback on his profile page others have had the same problem. Very much want to organise this delivery and have been put out by a bid being submitted that clearly has no intention of being honoured

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have experienced great difficulty in contacting the Service Provider (SP) and a collection was arranged which was not honoured with no communication received regarding the failure. When I accepted the bid I e-mailed the

I made arrangements with him to complete this transaction. I duly paid to you Uship a fee of £12.23 on Monday 22nd April 2013. The collection & delivery should have gone through the morning of 24th. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Initial contact was made and received but then no further contact has been possible. Have tried email, text and telephone but no response. The items need to be shipped so I have no alternative other than to relist. Response from 2Collies: Hi Sarah, firstly my sincere appologies for any distress caused. I had to attend to some urgent family matters and a friend assured me that all e-mails and phonecalls had been answered while I was away, I found out today that this was not the case. I no longer need my item(s) shipped I contacted your team who advised me to cancel the booking as I had not intended this to be a fixed price. I meant to use this as an auction and have been in touch with the service provider who was very helpful and understanding. He has agreed to halt the booking.
