The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I made several attempts to contact the service provider after they failed to show up or even contact me. I finally spoke to the owner this morning who informed me that he would not be able to accomodate me. I did pay them a deposit of 20% of the total shipment price quoted and would like that refunded to me or applied towards an agreement that I have already made with another provider that has already submitted a bid which I accepted.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper was misinformed regarding the amount of items being shipped and therefor was not able tom provide the service at the previously quoted price. I no longer wish to use the uship services and request that ay and all monies paid be immediately refunded to me. I have tried to contact someone at uship unsuccessfully.
