The communication with Brandy was excellent. Even when the driver was late and it was obviously after hours, I was able to reach Brandy on the phone, and she was extremely prompt in jreturning my emails. The communication with the driver was not quite as good. There was supposed to be 24 hour notice, I think we got more like 6-8. All in all a good experience.
