A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was not able to accommodate this shipment due to a scheduling conflict caused by a delay getting back to the NY area after a trip. I lost an entire day out of the week and because of this, a few customers could not be accommodated. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy is not telling the truth. He booked me on Friday. I called him to confirm Sat delivery and he said he would call me back. I called 2more times that night and he didnt answer. I emailed him 3 times no answer. Then Sat when im in Manhattan I call him- no answer. Later he calls me saying sorry that he wasnt available can we do sunday. So I go there sunday and call him-no answer. I wait 40min then left. About 30min later he text me saying he had emergency he wont be back for 1hour

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I heard from the service provider intermittently, he said he can't make this shipment. I offered him to cancel the order, and he hasn't yet.
He contacted me via phone # 718-791-5581 - I could only contact him via email in the beginning as he had not shared his contact phone number.
The shipment has not been picked up yet; he basically delaying the pick-up, and I have already lost 2 weeks since the scheduled pick up date.
The funds are still on hold, and I would like to request cancellat

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider and I first agreed to schedule the pick-up at 4 PM on Saturday (3/29); however, that morning, he called to say, he can't do it and will do it at 3 PM on Sunday (3/30). I agreed to the new date/time and promised to call me at 1 PM on Sunday to confirm if there are any change. I kept calling him and did not receive any confirmation, and later by a text message at 3 PM, he said he already left the place and he can't do the pick-up, while I was still waiting for him.
