When I did speak with Gary, he was cooperative and indicated he'd been ill. I'm sorry we didn't hear from him when he fell ill, so this problem could have been avoided. I'm certain he does good work, he just needs to be more proactive as his situation changes and stay on top of things.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We have not heard from Express Transport since 10/2! When I spoke with Gary on that date, he indicated that 10/8 would be his earliest possible date with a 48 hour notice. I left him a voicemail in the AM on 10/9 asking for an update and ETA. No response. I left another VM on 10/10. Again, no response. I left another VM this morning and if I have no response by 10:00 am, we will cancel this bid, definitely ‘report a problem’, give them a negative report, and make other arrangements. While writin

I told the customer. We will be there on the weekend they where closed on the weekend,I couldn't wait for them to open on Monday other customers where also waiting for there load, get one person upset or get 10 customers upset, offered to get him on the next trip for half of he declined
