Everything went as planned. They were very helpful to us and plesant people to work for. A deight to work for. Wish everyone was as plesant to work for as them.

Committed to 12/12 delivery,actually farmed my shipment out to another company, who lied about weather conditions at the pick up location(confirmed via AAA web site and people actually IN the area),then did not deliver until 12/16.Made shipper aware of added expense (loader) we were incurring, so instead of working with us, changed payment terms to COD instead of the check they had agreed to. At trucker's $ demand prior to unloading,they took $150 off. Actually cost us $380 more.

shipment was on one of our trucks,the driver got stuck in bad weather and was not able to get out till sunday morning, we did this job cheap for him to help him out as we also took a loss to accomodate customer, and the agreement was c.o.d,

The bid was very good. They loaded the horses with no problems. I had 2 which had never shipped before, and one who had problems shipping previously. They handled them very well. My horses arrived relaxed and in perfect condition after a 450 mile trip. I would highly recommend.

Hello Tom and Andrea, thank you so very much for the positive feedback, I needed it very much. After the turmoil with the trailer fiasco Mike didn't get out of La Grange until friday night sometime. Thank you so very much for helping us with finding a repair shop and arranging the funds the way you did. I've never been associated with people that went out of the way to help strangers the way you and Tom did. Thanks a million

They did a great job. Pick-up and delivery were right on time. I would highly recommend.
