Customer refused to work out problems or changes Response from Nicolas S.: Outright lies. I'm a repeat customer, never as an "issue" that needed working out or changes msfr. This shipper simply dropped the ball, my shipment was stuck in a depot for months and while at first they were helpful and I contacted them no more than once a week, at the end they just stopped answering communication so I had to call them repeatedly to know what was happening.
in the end, arrived very late. I Give them a fair "NEUTRAL" rating, and they have the balls to leave me NEGATIVE.

Response from Nicolas S.: Apparently, Shipping Simplified liked me as a customer. I guess when they don't do well (my next shipment with them), then they hit back with Negative ratings.
Hypocrites.
