The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The trucker will not pick up the load and refuses to provide me with proof of cargo insurance. I cannot wait any more to get my trailer moved. I got someone else.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact the service provider several times. He finally answered the phone. I told him to call my shipper to get pick up instructions. My shipper told him that he needs to send proof of insurance. He will not do that. NOW, HE DOES NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE NOR DOES HE RETURN CALLS. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GUY ANYMORE. Please cancel this deal. I had a seven day window to get this load. The trucker knew that. This trucker should be banned.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I need my frt. picked up ASAP. I talked to the trucker and told him that I need the frt. in 5 to 7 days. He said no problem. That was on the 27th of last month. I called more than once. No truck showed up. Now, he will not even accept my phone calls or return messages. This guy should be banned form Uship!!!! The frt. is still there to be picked up. I want the Uship charges credited back to my credit card. I do not want a frt. credit. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It was important that my shipment be picked up ASAP and the trucker new this. When I first talked to who I thought was a trucker, it turns out that the bid was given by a broker. He actually did not even have a truck in the area when he bid on my load. That still might have worked because he found one right away. My factory set up a load date and the truck never showed up. That caused me problems with the loaders because they saved a slot to stack my load. Now , I could not get anybody else in f

When they finally did, there were excuses and promises but they would never showed up to get the frt. I need my product moved now and cannot wait any more. I called him several times and he always said, "Soon, soon." I called yesterday and got more excuses but, "He will have a truck in today". 15 MINUTES AFTER I TALKED TO HIM, I GOT A NOTICE FROM USHIP THAT HE CANCELED MY LOAD! I CALLED HIS NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT,
HE WAS STILL GETTING THE LOAD. My pick up point called me looking for the truck. I called back the trucker and he finally told me the truth. WORTHLESS BROKER!

I need a copy of his insurance. I need delivery times. He wants money up front and I told him I would not do that. He sent back that I could pay on delivery.
