I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment WITH APOLOGIES, I ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION. I NEVER GOT THE USHIP BOOKING EMAIL -- FROM WHICH I LOG AND EMAIL BACK SPECIFICS ON THE SHIPMENT AND DETAILS. I WOULD EASILY OF DONE IT FOR YOU. AT THIS TIME, I HAVE NO ROUTES PLANNED FOR THAT DIRECTION, AND WILL ACCEPT THE CANCEL.

Outstanding service. Communication was immediate, clear, and consistent. Live GPS tracking is a huge plus to plan around pick-up and delivery. The bike was well cared for as if it was his own. The dealership called to confirm he picked it up. The dealership staff commented on how professional the bike was moved and secured; they had good faith in him. I definitely recommend and would do business with again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I've tried to contact James Pries for over 2 weeks now. At least 5 phone calls, VM's, e-mails. His other voicemail inbox is full. There was no delivery in the initial timeframe he indicated nor any communication. My timeframe has 1 week left as the vehicle remains at a dealer. It's clear Mr. Pries is making other deliveries based on his ongoing feedback. However, I have no indications he actually plans to pick-up and deliver this vehicle. Bottom-line: Non-existent communication.
