We do apologize during the holiday times all companies face several delays delays due to drivers taking time off. Typically everything is back in motion the week after New Years. Again we do apologize hopefully we can conduct business with each other in the future.

Bad communication. Bid was accepted and never received any contact from the service provider. Been trying to contact the provider and am always sent to his voice mail. Finally voice mailbox was full. I no longer feel comfortable working with this provider.
