Got my car booked with a carrier within 7 days of the booking date. Car arrived in Chicago within 24 hours of being picked up in Florida. Carrier did a great job. Only constructive advice to the broker would be to improve communication with your clients. I had to call several times to see what was happening. They were evidently working hard on it but I would have appreciated better communication to reassure me that they were trying. Overall though I'd use them again. Thanks.
