Our horse was picked up later than expected which was not the end of the world. However, AFTER he was already in shipper's possession he was again delayed. The 500 mile trip ended up taking 34 hours, during which time I had almost no communication from the shipper. The last 7 hours were the worst of NO CALLS & WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE OUR STRESS. While he was a very nice man, I think he needs to consider that people shipping animals need to be kept constantly informed when SOOOO delayed. Response from jandetransporting: alot of the time there was no service.... we keep in contact with all of our customers but there is sometimes that you cant reach anyone.the trip took longer than it was supossed to due to a wreck and the road was blocked.we keep in cantact all that we can but when service is unavailable there is only so much we could do.we even stopped and used a payphone to let the customer know what was going on and delivered there horse in great condition

These guys were just the best. Good communication, on time, and took great care of Beamer. Would definitely use them again. Made the whole experience worry free.
