Delivered the beach bench, how ever the client states there is a missing board that serves as a table top, that swings out on a hinge. The item was picked up completely enclosed in a heavy duty plastic bag and cut open at destination. We also checked in person at the storage facility were the client ships out these benches and Misty dose not recalls any top tables being left behind. The item was deposited at our warehouse in S. San Francisco pending a delivery date. The bench was schedule

From pickup to delivery, everything worked out well. They put in an extra effort to make sure your items travel safe and without any damage.
If you are looking for a reliable shipper who is communicative and makes sure the shipment is done the way you want it, I would recommend them.

I was very satisfied with the good conversation during all stages of this shipment. Luis was always available by phone or via email. I also liked the way he handled the whole process from picking up the item at my storage facility, store it at a warehouse near the destination and deliver it.
However an integral part of my item got lost on this way which caused me a lot of hassle, time and extra money to replace. Luis was not willing to reduce his charges.

There's nothing negative to say about HDH.
I would always recommend them to everybody who has something to ship cross country.
Delivery was on time and communication was great. You can always call or email them and they keep you informed and up to date.
Even when I had some troubles at my new place of business, Nikki and Brad had a solution to help me out.
I can't be thankful enough for their help and the excellent service they offered.
