Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Not my items to misrepresent.Iknow what a sectional is they can be all sizes I have hauled some. Unfortunatly this shipper listed only one of the sizes of the sectional as total item size not the other two as well.I talked personaly with him about details he confirmed the size on u-ship to be corect. He has it backwards he was abusive to me HE NEEDS TO LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. who spends this time to write mean things he needs help. HE MAKES IT HARD TO GET BY ON A SMILE

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Had a customer delay my schedule for over 5hrs which caused me to run into situation tried to reschedule but customer needs this completed earlier than I can return please start process for him and realist his shipment, thank you

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Darlene grosely misrepresented her services. My shipment was booked on 10/12, and I tried to contact Darlene by email, and finally on the third attempt, I received a response. She requested that I communicate with her by phone, not email. I then called her, and she shuffled through her papers for ten minutes and finally found my shipment information, and said she would contact me the end of the next week to schedule pick-up. NOT MY ITEMS TO GROSELY MISREPRESENT. Asked personaly if details of size were correct on u-ship site. Have hauled sectionals and they are all different sizes. Turned out he listed total item size only for one of the 3 items. HE BECAME VERY ABUSIVE TO ME WHEN i CONFRONTED THE FACT OF THE SIZE DIFFERENCE. This made me uncomfortable and made me decide not to move his belongings.He makes it hard to get by on a smile. Who takes time to write utter lies and why? I like to please people but he's off.

A prior customer was 5hrs late which through my whole schedule out and I tried to reschedule and worked later hours to make up difference but just couldn't please everyone
