The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Darlene grosely misrepresented her services. My shipment was booked on 10/12, and I tried to contact Darlene by email, and finally on the third attempt, I received a response. She requested that I communicate with her by phone, not email. I then called her, and she shuffled through her papers for ten minutes and finally found my shipment information, and said she would contact me the end of the next week to schedule pick-up. She did contact me "end of the next week", only to say that she tho Response from darlenegrekian: NOT MY ITEMS TO GROSELY MISREPRESENT. Asked personaly if details of size were correct on u-ship site. Have hauled sectionals and they are all different sizes. Turned out he listed total item size only for one of the 3 items. HE BECAME VERY ABUSIVE TO ME WHEN i CONFRONTED THE FACT OF THE SIZE DIFFERENCE. This made me uncomfortable and made me decide not to move his belongings.He makes it hard to get by on a smile. Who takes time to write utter lies and why? I like to please people but he's off.
