Fatastic! We had a really great experience with this company. Fast communication and very friendly staff. Our pup was well taken care of with lots of pillows and blankets on a large area for a comfortable ride. We will definitely use them again for our next move!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Brandon and I agreed on this weekend, October 11-12, as the delivery date. After emailing him to confirm on October 3, October 5, and October 7, and calling (did not pick up) on October 6, I have not received a response from him and feel that he is backing out of our deal.

Emily moved the shipment back a total of 6 months. I couldn't keep up with the amount of times that she called to cancel and move the shipment date. I think it may have been four. Huge hassle and then she wanted to make up a date that was two weeks earlier than agreed upon.
