The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item was posted as packaged,Load was booked i called shipper load was loose..Told customer this he than was able to get shipper to pallet but this was after 4pm today and ltl carrier would make the pick up this late, also shipping location was a residence not business as posted, customer also failed to email credit card form back for us to even process the order..He keeps requesting us to pick up today which isnt possible and shipper told us to come monday..We can force the shipper to allow us t

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer i sent customer a message not to except the bid because they did not have weight listed and then finding out the weight i told them its over my weight class and i could not do the shippment but they went and excepted it anyways

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider went to pick up the freight and said it was not in pallets when it was... Called them and ask them to go back 2 Minutes later which they couldn't have been so far and they refused! i asked that my deposit is used toward another provider.
