The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke with a shipper about accepting a bid on a f350 for a return load. He advised that he would accept the bid and I would schedule pick up with him. On another occasion I also spoke with another customer about another shipment which he and I agreed upon me taking. This buyer also backed out and have been unable to contact him. I would lose money for the amount of this bid.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I didn't account for the 4 he drive South of Houston and the 4 he drive back up... Was an honest mistake. I can't loose 8 hrs without being late for 3 other loads that are time sensitive

Alan did a great job delivering my wife's 2016 Kia Soul. Alan kept me posted on his progress throughout the trip. He contact me when he made the pickup and along his route. He even delivered ahead of schedule. Saving me from missing more time off. Car was well secured and delivered without incident. I look forward to working with Alan and Cowlick Transportation in the future. I couldn't be happier.

Very pleased with the shipping on my motorcycle. The guys accepted my offer and met my time lines. They kept me informed along the way and delivered on-time as promissed. The bike was well secured and arrived in as good a condition as it was loaded. I will ask for bids from these guys in the future. Thanks John.

Karl did a fantastic job with this delivery. My vehicle was well secured in an enclosed trailer. Good communication all along the route. Delivery was on time. I highly recommend Karl for your delivery needs.

I was reluctant to hire towit based on their feedback. Walter explained the situation and asked for a chance to fix his rating. I am glad I hired him. Walter did a great job. He did everything he said he would and met all my requirements. Good communication from beginning to end. Kept me informed along the route - Contacted seller and scheduled the p/u and called when he had the shipment loaded and again prior to arriving. Shipment arrived safe and sound. I would hire towit again.
