After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer herself is fine,the guy JIM at pickup point is quite the tool...if you have to deal with him to pickup dont bother...we showed up to pickup bike and like a lil whiner he calls customer telling her we dont have room in our trailer and will scratch her bike...when in fact we had room for three more bikes and a quad,which we did put in the trailer...and this after he and his goons were smashing her bike into others while trying to get it out of his overcrowded second floor junkyard war

Dealer and shipper giving each other a bad attitude. Not sure, what caused it. But I am the one in very bad situation now.
