The item we delivered was just as it was at pick up we delivered it on the date customer wanted it by with no peoblem
|

This delivery was very easy to coordinate. Customer was very cooperative and accommodating to our route schedule. Communication was also very easy through the delivery.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time We traded contact info on a Friday & agreed to talk Sunday afternoon. During that call I was told he had a problem with his truck but would fix it on Monday & make the pick up on Tues. I agreed to that. Then on Monday I tried several times to contact him with no success. I emailed, called the cell, the office and texted him. NO RESPONSE! The pick up schedule is set in stone. I could not wait around to see if the truck was fixed or if he was still planning the shipment. I had to relist it

Can't say enough positive things about this company! They bailed me out on spur of the moment when another shipper backed out at last minute. I was on a tight schedule for this shipment & Micah & Janson came thru perfectly for me. They even stuck to their original price when they found out I had listed an incorrect pick up city. They deserved every penny & I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Yes the shipper kept in touch all along the way & arrived when I needed my item. The whole set up & delivery went very fast & smooth. Stress free which is always a plus!
