I no longer need my item(s) shipped I made an error in the amount of $ to be insured. I called and was told I had to cancel the order as changes to insurance coverage cannot be made. Since then, I have found a better rate and booked the shipment through another channel. Your insurance rates are about double what the other company charges. I would like to work with this company and have another shipment scheduled for pickup on Wednesday. On the rating, I do not have enough experience with YRC to rate; thus, the 3 stars.

Very appreciated with you Teresa and your team, item was heavy but with the help provided at your store it was an easy task to get this onto the truck, did not get to meet you in person but you always courteous and prompt to answer my emails, at delivery got to meet Mr Charlie your client and he was very nice and help me a lot getting and assembling this table in his residence, overall a very good experience throughout the whole process, if I can be of assistance again please give me a call...=)
