Simon, you promised to refund my money by Wednesday, January 2, 2008. It is now Thursday, January 3, 2008 and you have not sent me my deposit of $240 yet. How come you are not answering any of my phone calls or emails. Your voice mailbox is full so I can't leave a voice message. This is bbbaaddd business!! I really need my money.
