The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer advertised it as 6'6"wide and it's 8'wide, so I'm not able to haul it on my trailer, I email him I have a 7'by 14' trailer, The customer thought it's only the tank but the frame is still on and that made it wider and heavier.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled The shipper was told of the size of shipment by the party he was picking it up from. Once he arrived he said load was to big. The gentlemen that we bought tank from spoke to him personally and made sure he gave measurements. This was on the shipping end not ours.
