The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Tarek forgot to tell me there were only certain hours about available until the morning of the shipment and I couldn't wait around until they opened, offered to reschedule but he said no so not much more I can do without the proper information, I guess he thought we were psychic.

They were at a storage unit and we were there to pick them up at 7am, unfortunately he never informed us they were only open 10am-5pm & we couldn't wait around, we offered to reschedule but he relisted.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not pick up the motorcycle on time , there is many delay almost three weeks . i do not want to continue wasting my time and the dealer which has the motorcycle
