The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy kept moving the date...never showed up...so we are done.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This mover has stated that I do not communicate..yet is moving this item weeks after it was initially booked. I have good feedback and this is an unprofessional transaction.

I might have missed explaining to this delivery that I suffered a hufe setback on my schedule. Due to the penske truck I was driving needed to be switched out in the middle of the night. This affected all my deliveries and the unloading of my own stuff on the truck. Unfortunately, this meant i had to push out all my delivery times by a day. Also, please keep in mind im not a big company. I do all aspects of the teansport including secretarial.

For the distance the machine and cabinet had to go, all was good. I was updated by driver, and item was safe and secure, as well as timely delivery.
