The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Nathan and I meet today at 7 a.m. to do this shipment but there was a communaction problem about how it can be shipped. I was under the knowledge it could be towed behind my truck. Nathan thought I was bringing a trailor to put it on and then tow that down the road. We talked about how he needs to post it for the next person so he doesn't run into this problem again. He told me he was new to uship and was still learning. We both were happy with the way things ended but unhappy we couldn't
