Having problems with Chase locking my account for two many online purchases, not a good thing for someone with disabilities that rarely leaves home. Great driver! Let me know problems with the car he thought I should know about when he picked it up to deliver it to me from Texas to Indiana where I live. He even took pictures of the problems he could see. Luckily I already knew the problems but it was amazing that he was so thorough. They also transported my Jaguar with covered transport, which I prefer. Overall a great experience, much better than I had with the last company I worked with, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Though the driver was very friendly, it took a long time for Cars to find a driver available to pick up and deliver my Harley. They say 2-5 days and it was about 2 weeks. The delivery vehicle was also said to be covered yet my Harley arrived on a flatbed, a TERRIBLE vehicle for motorcycle delivery as unloading should require a ramp. I cringed as the driver slowly removed my bike to the best of his ability, at a time when there were too many variables and ANYTHING could have gone wrong.
