There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was an error in our bid, this was meant for 1 trailer. Once order was booked, we let customer know of error and we need to cancel and place new bid. Customer had a budget he needed to go by and didn't want to cancel, we tried for a week or so at customers budget, but customers budget just wasn't enough. As a broker, we know the rates on those routes, when a customer has a certain budget, well, if its not enough, this is what happens clearly! Good luck

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider was not able to fulfill the agreed date and time on the post that we put. Twice they send us emails saying when they could pick up the units but they never did. They are still telling us that they are trying to find carriers able to finish the job.

There was an error in our bid, this was meant for 1 trailer. Once order was booked, we let customer know of error and we need to cancel and place new bid.
