The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper said he would be there March 6th. The person selling the items arranged her schedule and her helpers to be there for his arrival. (I am the buyer) On March 5th, he finally contacted us and said he would be there a few days later because he took on an extra job. After two days of repeatedly trying to reach him, he finally said, he had had enough of uship and was quitting. I don't know if he has actually done this, quit uship, but he is a poor representative to have working in your

Shipper, Mike, is personable, hardworking and MOST IMPORTANTLY, communicative. When you are shipping something that is not with a major carrier, there is of course, a bit of concern. Mike mitigated any worry I may have had, by checking in and letting me know what was up. He also communicated well with my recipient. Package was delivered speedily and safely. What more can you ask?

This shipper was a godsend! He only takes a few items, does not add lots of surprise charges, made sure both I and the receiver of the item were kept abreast of his progress. And he arrived within an hour of the exact time he said he would. I f I have another similar shipment, I can only hope that he is going in that direction at the same time. A great person to work with.
