The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer had it as a book it now shipment for pick up on 8/6. When we called to schedule time for pick up he said he mislisted it and it would not be ready for pick up until the following week. Customer owes a cancellation fee since it was his fault the shipment could not be completed..

When I completed listing info when prompted to provide a $ figure I was unaware that I no longer had control of selecting preferred bid. I contacted this carrier two minutes after I discovered that a bid was accepted for me. Phone call was not returned. I then emailed this carrier and received a short response. This carrier could have been decent and exercised some degree of compassion but business is business money for nothing. Would not consider employing this carrier in future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The TSP informed me that he will not be able to move my bike next week. The bike will be available for shipment next Sunday, which is in conflict with the TSP's schedule.
